Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Course Edit pieces. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and with its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact hello@thecourseedit.com.au with your order number. Please do not return an item before contacting us.

Change-of-mind returns

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect so we can make it right.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
